SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and are usually dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving payment unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check-out depending in the size/weight of your order. All orders over £35 are eligible for free UK mainland delivery - this will automatically be applied at checkout.

Our online dispatch team works to dispatch your orders Mon - Fri (excluding bank holidays) any orders placed outside of the working hours will be fulfilled on their first day back.

ROYAL MAIL SHIPPING

Henry & Co are not responsible for any delays once orders have been dispatched via Royal Mail. We can only advise customers on timescales given by Royal Mail and Courier Servers.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged. If this is the case, please take and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging and contact hello@henryandcompany.co.uk.
